Drum Circle

Service Description

In a community drum circle, people communicate with each other using drums and hand percussion instruments from many parts of the world. We play traditional rhythms as well as improvise rhythms that develop throughout the event. A community drum circle begins with a gathering call followed by a facilitator providing a foundational beat. Participants may then follow along or improvise throughout the event. Community drum circles forge healthy, open relationships and are a fun and effective team-building tool. We provide all instruments and welcome participants to bring their own. Community drum circles last about an hour to 1.5 hour depending on the participants age.
